Terms of service
These terms of service are the short rules for using the website at https://driveritics.study. The longer instrument is the terms and conditions. If a sentence here and a sentence there cannot both be true, the terms and conditions prevail for the use of the website. Personal information is covered by the privacy policy. Cookies are covered by the cookie policy. None of these pages is a contract to build software. A contract for publishing, custom development, systems design, or any related work exists only when it is agreed in writing, separately from this site.
The company
The site is published by DRIVERITICS LTD, Summit House, 4-5 Mitchell Street, Edinburgh, EH6 7BD, United Kingdom. The contact routes are network@driveritics.study and +44 7911 123456. The site does not publish a company number, a VAT number, a list of directors, or a set of business hours. Do not treat a missing detail as a hidden promise. If it is not on the site, it has not been stated.
What the site is for
The pages describe a software publishing and IT engineering practice: proprietary and prepackaged software, enterprise SaaS products, custom software including web and mobile platforms, computer systems design, cloud deployment, enterprise API integration, technical consulting, and maintenance. They are there to be read, and to let a person send an enquiry. They are not a shop, a download library, a support desk with a guaranteed response time, or a portal for an existing product account.
The portfolio is a set of labelled demonstrations, workflows, approaches, and scenarios. It does not name clients and it does not state results. A photograph is an illustration of place or of work in general. It is not evidence that a particular system was delivered, and it is not a picture of the company’s office unless a caption says so. The captions say the opposite.
Permission to use the site
You may read the pages, make a private copy of a page for your own reference, and share a link to a page. You may not copy the site’s text or arrangement into another site and present it as your own. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, probe it for weaknesses, or send the form in bulk. You may not use the company’s name to suggest a partnership, a certification, or a client relationship that the site does not state.
The site is offered as it stands. Pages can be changed, corrected, or removed. A feature that is described, including the form, can be unavailable for a time if the server or the mail path is unavailable. The site does not promise uninterrupted access.
No account
There is no username and no password. You do not register. Nothing on the site is “your dashboard”. If a message you receive claims that an account at DRIVERITICS LTD has been opened from this website, treat that message as unauthorised and tell the company.
Enquiries
The form asks for a name, an email address, and a message. It is sent to contact.php. The server checks the fields, refuses obvious abuse, and attempts to email the company mailbox. The thanks page is used only when that attempt is reported as successful. If the attempt fails, the site says the message was not sent and points you to the email address and the telephone number. Do not assume a contract has started because you reached either page.
Write what you are actually asking. Say whether the question is about a product, a custom system, design, deployment, an interface, advice, or maintenance, if you know. Do not send secrets, passwords, or card numbers. The company will read a genuine enquiry and can reply. It does not promise a reply within a stated number of hours, because no such number is published.
Intellectual property
The words on the pages, the arrangement of the pages, and the seam mark used beside the name are used by the company for this site. You do not acquire a right to reuse them as a brand of your own by visiting. Ideas described in general terms — that a product brief and a custom brief are different, that an interface should be specified, that maintenance is a later agreement — are not secret. The expression of them on these pages is not yours to republish as your own site.
Nothing on the site assigns to you any intellectual property in software the company publishes or might later build. Ownership of a product, a custom program, or a design is a matter for a written agreement if work goes ahead. These terms do not decide that question in advance, and they do not grant a licence to any software.
What a service description does not promise
Each service page explains a kind of work in ordinary language. Software publishing means a product with a defined surface, not an open pool of hours. Custom programming means a program written for a stated operation, not a claim that a particular language or cloud vendor is the company standard. Systems design means structure, boundaries, and the conditions of deployment, not a certification. Cloud deployment means placing an agreed release, not an uptime figure. API integration means an interface that can be specified, not a promise that every existing system already has a fitting connector. Consulting means advice on a stated question, not a retained panel. Maintenance means later support for a period a written agreement names, not a response time printed on this website. Information technology services is the collective name for that list, not a further unnamed offer.
If you need a commitment on price, date, staffing, or a technical choice, ask for it in writing after the enquiry. The public page will not be treated as that commitment. The terms and conditions go through each of these boundaries at more length, so that a reader who wants the detail can find it without the short rules becoming a second, conflicting contract.
Links and the thanks page
Links that leave the site, including the link to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the privacy policy, are links to other organisations. The company is not responsible for those sites. The thanks page confirms only that a form submission was accepted by the site’s mail step. Opening that address by typing it, or following a stale link, does not send a message and does not create a file. The page says this so it cannot be used as proof of an enquiry that was never made.
Acceptable use, in short
Do not misuse the form, attempt to break the site, or use it to send unlawful material. Do not suggest that a demonstration is a completed client project. Do not harvest the email address in order to spam other people and attribute the list to this site. The terms and conditions set out misuse in more detail. A serious misuse can be reported, and the company can stop answering a correspondent who uses the form only to abuse it.
Liability for the website
The pages are information. They are written with care, and they are limited to what the company has chosen to publish. They are not a warranty that a particular system can be built, that a particular technology will be used, or that a result will be achieved. The company is not liable for a decision you take solely because you read a general page, where that decision was not the subject of a written agreement.
Nothing on this site excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of Scotland, or the law of the United Kingdom where it applies, does not allow a business to exclude. Those limits sit above the rest of this section. Subject to them, the company is not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business that arises only from the use of the public website, as distinct from a failure of a written contract for actual work.
Law
These terms are stated under the law of Scotland, because that is the law of the place of the published address. The courts of Scotland are the courts the company identifies for a dispute about the use of the website. The detailed terms repeat this and explain it. A consumer who has mandatory rights where they live is not asked to give those rights up. The site is aimed at organisations asking about software work. If a consumer uses it, mandatory consumer protections still apply where the law says they do.
Changes
The company can update these terms by publishing a new version on this page and changing the date. The version you are reading is dated 12 October 2026. Continuing to read the site after an update means you are reading the new version. It does not rewrite a written contract that was signed for a piece of work.
The company will read these short rules and the longer terms as one set of website rules. A service description on the services page is an explanation of scope, not a quotation. A demonstration on the portfolio page is an illustration of how the company talks about the work, not a reference you can cite as a completed engagement. If you need either a quotation or a reference, ask. Neither will be inferred from the public pages.
